When my young daughters refuse to eat anything that has wheat or sugar in it, I have to get creative. The perfect breakfast recipe- ABC Bowl- Almond Milk, mashed Banana and Chia Seeds, is a filling and healthy dish perfect to start your day with.
Almond Milk- 1/2 cup Banana- 1 Chia Seeds- 3tbsp For topping: Almonds- 8-10 Raisins- 8-10 (soaked overnight) Cherries- 5-6 Dates- 2-3 Cinnamon Powder- 1/2 tsp
- Mash the banana in a bowl
- Add almond milk and chia seeds. Mix well.
- Keep it in the refrigerator and leave overnight.
- Add the toppings next day, and enjoy!
