ABC Bowl

When my young daughters refuse to eat anything that has wheat or sugar in it, I have to get creative. The perfect breakfast recipe- ABC Bowl- Almond Milk, mashed Banana and Chia Seeds, is a filling and healthy dish perfect to start your day with.

Ingredients:

Almond Milk- 1/2 cup
Banana- 1
Chia Seeds- 3tbsp

For topping:

Almonds- 8-10
Raisins- 8-10 (soaked overnight)
Cherries- 5-6
Dates- 2-3
Cinnamon Powder- 1/2 tsp

Procedure:

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl
  2. Add almond milk and chia seeds. Mix well.
  3. Keep it in the refrigerator and leave overnight.
  4. Add the toppings next day, and enjoy! IMG_9675
